Default Sent messages from Blackberry device not shown in Desktop client?

Hi!

If I send an email from my Blackberry (activated and running on a Zimbra-platform) the mail isn't seen in the "Sent" folder in the desktop client or webmail. It's only visible on the Blackberry device itself.

If I use an Exchange-server (and Outlook) I see the message in the Sent-folder.

Is this a bug, faulty settings or the intended functionality?
Thanks for your time!

/Robert

I have not seen this behavior. I just confirmed on two different ZCB instances. Anything showing in your logs? Any issues creating calendar entries on the device and having them show in the webUI?

I just tried this, and calendar entries show up as intended in the webUI.
It's just sent messages that doesn't show, and it's quite disturbing since most people want to be able to see what messages they've sent...

In Email Settings on your Blackberry, do you have the option for Save Copy in Sent folder set to yes? This is something unique to your environment, so we can figure it out.

I have this issue as well.

A very similar behavior was reported here: Sent Items not syncing to Blackberry device
