Default I probably did not install mapi/cdo

I tried to install Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1. I got the error message as shown in the attachment. It can not co-exist with Outlook. But both are required from ZCB documentation. Should I un-install outlook so?

Default None of my BES services are started

I re-checked my BES services. None of them were started. The problem persists.

ok...the order of the installation is very important.
1) assuming a fresh box (no outlook or exchange admin tools installed)
2) install MAPI/CDO stand alone package
3) install BES
4) stop BlackBerry controller service
5) install Outlook
6) install ZCB
7) Recreate BlackBerryManager and BlackBerryServer profiles
8) restart BlackBerry controller service

if you have problems installing ZCB, run the installer with msiexec and verbose logging turned on. if you have problems running BES, turn on ZCB logging with all options turned on and also capture the BlackBerry Agent logs and open up a support ticket.

ZCB does not have any impact on your BES services.
If ZCB is having problems all of your services should still be started.

Default ZCB installed successfully

Un-installed everything and re-installed them according the order in Athony's reply. Eventually got ZCB installed.

Thanks
