Duplicate mail in GAL

Hi guys,

it's about one month that i've on the BES manager some user with duplicate mail..

i've upgraded BES to 4.1.5 and ZCB to the lastest connecto (5.0.5) but i still have this duplicate mail..

can be solved without remove the profile from mail pannel?
