My apologies in advance for the dumb question.

Any chance the Zimbra Blackberry support includes BlackBerry Professional Ed?

Example of comparison -- the difference is primarily # users.
BlackBerry - BlackBerry Professional Software

May Zimbra is only doing QA against BES -- and BB_Pro "may" work.

Alternatively, is there something specific about professional that Zimbra won't support?
