can you try running the msi under logging mode?
e.g.

msiexec /i [msi filename] /L*v [log filename]

then can you post the log or private message me with the logs?

thanks

did you install the exchange server mapi/cdo package?

Download details: Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1

a dll doesn't exist where it should exist and that would only be if that package was not installed.

did you follow the installation document exactly?

ok..
removed outlook, reinstalled mapi client, then reinstalled ZCS BES Connector..
now it can connect to server in port 7071, but in the LOGS i see "connection refused" and the GAL is empty..

i'm trying a reboot to see if something happens..

the zimbra server needs to be configured so that the soap ssl port is enabled. by default this will be 443. you can do this with "zmtlsctl https" or you can enable both ssl and non-ssl soap ports with "zmtlsctl both"...whatever you need to do.
also, i think that i saw that you have a proxy set up in previous logs, make sure the proxy is set up properly so that ZCB can hit the server on the right port.

this is a known issue that we are addressing.
a solution for this should be available in the ZCB GA timeframe.
