Default Can't seem to get global in BES

I seem to be really struggling with this BES connector. I've followed the documentation to a tee, or so I think. Everything appears to have installed correctly, no error messages. No matter how hard I try, I can't seem to get the global address list to show up in the BES manager to add new users.
Here's what I have:

Windows 2003 SVR SP2 all updates (fresh install)
BES Enterprise 4.1.4.16
MS E CCDO 1.2.1
Outlook 2003 SP3 all updates
ZCO beta 2 BES connector

I am able to get the global address list on our Outlook clients using the Outlook connector.
I can't find anything in the logs indicating any errors.

Any Ideas?

Thanks,
Scott

shutdown the bes manager and bes controller service, open outlook and logon to the BlackBerryManager profile. Does the GAL show up there?

Also, post the connector logs for the BlackBerry manager process.

No, the GAL does not show up.

Here you go, as an attachment. Too big so I had to zip it.

From the BES machine open a browser and go to

https://<zimbraserver>/zimbra

It looks like port 443 is not available on your zimbra server from the BES machine.

Thanks.... I knew it would be something dumb that I didn't do!

However, switching ZCS to any other mode besides http breaks our web access. You see, our security only allows http port 80 into our network so they can inspect the traffic.

Seems that mixed, both or redirect mode changes the authentication to https. Is there any way to run both http and https?
