Default Deleting from Blackberry Device

Gotta say, I am love life with BES interop. The one thing I have noticed and I am sure it is just a setting that I must have overlooked is that when I delete a message from the device, it does not delete on the Zimbra server. I have even tried to force reconcile on the device with no luck. Can someone point me in the right direction?

This:
ZimbraBESUserFAQ - Zimbra :: Wiki

will point you to this:
Email message not deleted after email reconciliation

Most likely its because of #3.

don't worry about it. the fact that we have put up a FAQ with this issue means that it is a common question that we encounter even internally. we are not in the business of supporting BES and BlackBerry devices but we'll try to keep that FAQ up to date with common issues/questions even if it doesn't pertain to ZCB specifically.
