Provisioning Users

It appears that I have everything installed and configured. But when I go to BES and try and add a user, no users are displayed to select. Any ideas?

When selecting users, in the top right drop-down box, make sure Global Address List is selected, not contacts.

I assume you have the outlook connector installed on a machine. Does it render the GAL correctly?

If this is the first time that you launched the BlackBerryManager after the ZCB install, its possible that you are not seeing people in your GAL because ZCB is busy syncing it. You might simply want to wait a bit and retry it. How big is your GAL?

I actually don't. I use a mac. I did just install it, and no, Outlook is not showing GAL. I only have 4 accounts.

It isn't working from my web interface either.

Ok, you need to work with your admin to make sure the GAL is configured properly before this will work.
