Can you explain me short, how it works? Is the BlackBerry-Connector something, that must be installed on the zimbra server?

It tells you on this page: Mobile collaboration tools for enterprise messaging for mobile devices what's needed to use the Blackberry Connector and the requirements. The first requirement is this:

No, we haven't any BES server installed yet. We have a Zimbra-Server with ZimbraMobile and a BlackBerry Mobile Device. We like to synchronize Zimbra with BlachBerry, but we don't know what is to do for this.

So far it's been determined that BESX won't work with ZCS 6+, but if you are using ZCS5 it seems to work.

Hi! I have installed BES with Exchange and it work correctly. I will migrate to Zimbra. What should I do now for work Bes with Zimbra? Installing directly Zimbra connector, or I must install BES again?

I don't know...
