1. Is the system compliant with the new archiving and discovery requirements of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure? The webinar mentioned HIPAA, Sarb-Ox, but not Federal CPLR explicitly.

2. Will the presentation itself or a white paper be posted on zimbra.com or in the support portal? (We'd like to use this for marketing purposes.)

VK>> According to one of our partners, the Zimbra solution does comply with CPLR requirements. But, we have yet to independently validate that.
