    Default [SOLVED] VMWare Tools Unmanaged

Hello, I have the appliance version of Zimbra installed on an ESXi 4.1 host. The status of the VMWare Tools shows as "Unmanaged". Is this okay? I'm also showing a high amount of load since upgrading from ESX 4.0, so i'm wondering if the tools have anything to do with it. Any thoughts? Thanks!
