error in calendar resource Auto acceptdecline FALSE

we are running zimbra server with ldap,mta...
zimbra slave like mta,mailbox....
we are create a/c in zeo48.zeomega.org as the name of murali
log in zimbra user .. and run the commands follows and get the error .....

can you help me anyone...

[zimbra@zeo48 schema]$ zmprov ma murali@zeo48.zeomega.org zimbraCalResAutoAcceptDecline FALSE
ERROR: service.INVALID_REQUEST (invalid request: LDAP schema violation: [LDAP: error code 65 - attribute 'zimbraCalResAutoAcceptDecline' not allowed])

That attribute is not allowed. If you're trying to turn off auto accept, it's a bug.

i got idea abt calendar share .my calendar woks fine. but one question , why the resource a/c can't login console . what's the purpose of resource a/c we are create?
give the solution's .....
