If the display is setted 800*600 pels, the top toolbar of the GUI can't show all the buttons.
Is this a bug?

If clipped horizontally (and ur using FF) try refreshing the browser w/ the new size of the window - there is a resize bug in FF (fixed in 1.5 i believe) that doesnt report resize events correctly.

If you're seeing clipping in other toolbars (i.e. opened conversation view) w/ 800x600 resolution, this is a known issue (too many buttons and not enough real estate).
