Add Sound to Filters

Like Eudora, you can add sound bytes in .wav or .mp3 to trigger when a message come in fitting a certain criteria on your filters.

For instance if you get a "new sale" notification in your new sale folder, then it can play a "cha-ching" .wav

Thanks for the note. I'm sure this would need to be selectable per user since some folks won't want any sounds.
