personal dirstribution lists: can every user?

Hi,

I do not yet fully understand "personal dirstribution lists"..

Questions:
1.
Can every user make a personal distributions list?

2.
Is "personal dirstribution lists" a good approach if several users
need to work with this group of email-addresses?

Hi John-
You currently can't "share" distro lists. They are for personal use of the user only.
Yes, anyone can create them.

If you want to have lists that more than one user can use, then you should use the global distribution lists (located in the adminui)
