Did you try 'Zimbra -> Insert Link' then use 'file:///...' html syntax instead of 'html://' ?

I know this works from my company's production reports server when sending report email for link to folder and users are using MS Outlook.

I have used zimbra for 6 months and i have faced some difficulties like how to insert link also how to return back my mail if i send by mistake. If any one knows please let me know .

Can you clarify what the problem is with link and what kind of link? And "return back my mail"??? If your want a countdown before email is sent, install UNDO SEND zimlet.
