Is there any solution for the following response:

For instance our secretary creates a new calendar. The items of this calendar should shown for all members of a distribution list (like as management@mail.com) in their own calendar (so it is easy to synchronise with an PDA).

So it would be nice if this "real group calendar" would be synchronized with all personal calendars of the members of the distribution list.

The 2nd problem: I saw that there is a vote in bugzilla for an solution of privat appointments which are only shown as busy for others. Can anyone tell me in which time this will be implemented ??

If a single user shares here calendar with a distribution list, then I think that will accomplish what you're looking for.
