I'm slightly colorblind, and find it almost impossible to read the pop-up showing appointments when hovering over a date on the left-nav monthly calendar. The red text just doesn't have good contrast with the pop-up background color. I've tried several themes, but the problem is with the red text. How do I change the color of the text in the appointment summary?

When you change a calendar's color, the appointments change color as well... and so does the hover text on the minical. So go to the Calendar app, right-click on the calendar, and Edit Properties.
