Trouble with Documents Upload feature

I can't seem to actually upload a file into my Zimbra Documents (beta) Notebook. When I click on the paperclick and choose my file to upload, it inserts a link to that file which does not work. Here's an example of the link it inserts:

Any ideas on how to make this work for me? I think it is working for other employees using our Zimbra server.

Test this:
-try with out the @domain.com in your username
-try in a notebook that doesn't have spaces in the name (so you should see no %20 symbols in the final url)

https://zimbra.markinekt.net/home/mikaela/notebook/test.doc

and it would also appear that .net is internal to your company
from the outside:
https://zimbra.markinekt.com -works
https://zimbra.markinekt.net -inaccessable

(didn't know if your trying from the outside world-or if you have two separate zimbra installs etc)

This person seems to have setup the config for your company...though he may not currently administer it-perhaps he was just the consultant who set it up. So don't bug him too much
