Quick templates (inserting predefined text strings) pls vote for RCF 17058

Hello,

we would appreciate the feature QuickTemplates:

E.g. typing "thanks" and pressing a keyboard shortcut would insert the
predefined text-string "Thank's a lot and best regards"

Pls vote for RFC 17058. Thank you!
