New mail notification

Is there a way to get Zimbra to pop up a message box or something when new mail has arrived? Maybe play a sound, put an icon in the task bar, etc?

Just having a (1) appear in the titlebar (tab in Firefox) isn't really enough. Users here in my office really need to be able to respond rapidly to new email. If they do not get a notification, then they never get mail because they never manually check.
