Default Marking External POP3 mail as junk...
What if I download pop3 mail from an external server then mark it as junk.

Will that help the anti-spam, hurt it, or not work because it wasn't checked the first time through?

Anything that is sent to the Junk folder will train the anti-spam system in Zimbra.
