Default Forwarding Email

We recently moved to Zimbra. I have set up forwarding on two accounts to a gmail account. This was working until the email server memory was updated last week. I don't see how a memory upgrade might have caused forwarding to stop working. Perhaps this is a coincidence.

I have tried to set up forwarding from the Admin account for each of the user accounts. Again, it does not seem to work. What else should I check.

Interesting. Yeah, I don't know what would cause that either.

Let's do some looking in:
/opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log
and
/var/log/zimbra.log

Look for anything pointing out in there.

Default Resolution to problem with Forwarding Email

Turns out the memory upgrade was related to the problem with forwarding email. Memory was corrupted and once this was identified and resolved, all other problems were also resolved. Go Figure.
