I find mail from an outside pop account by using zimbra and am finding RSS.

Account..constant..time..thing..automatic..find..m ethod..understand..embarrass.

For instance, there is a new article every five minutes or go to see.

When the method is taught, I am very glad.

There is no method, at the moment, to download mail on a schedule. There an enhancement request in bugzilla, search for it and vote.
