Saving addressess.

After an upgrade from 3.5 to 4.5 users can no longer right click to save addresses. Auto add is working but this is only when something is sent. I have looked at the "shortcuts" hoping to find an "add sender to addr book" to no avail.
Has anyone else had this happen and if so is there a fix?

In 4.5, you should either see an "Add to Contacts" or an "Edit Contact" entry in the right-click action menu, depending on whether that email address is already in your addressbook.

If you're not seeing that, can you attach a screenshot of that action menu? And is the com_zimbra_email zimlet installed?

OK. It's hit and miss. It randomly shows up. Attaching a screen of what the menu looks like when it does not. The com_zimbra_email Zimlet is installed.

It matters where the cursor is on the row when you right-click. You need to be over a participant when you right-click to get the participant menu, which has the "Add To Contacts" or "Edit Contact" menu item. If you right-click on the message subject, you get the message context menu.

Ur, well that was my ego check for the day. Thank you for pointing that out so kindly.

Another question along the same line, how does a user save addrs that are cc'd ? I right clicked (paying attention this time) over the sender, observed the edit contact for the existing addr book entry but no options for adding the cc. I then tried Reply > Reply to All to see if it added the cc automatically to the addr book on send.

Is there a way to get the cc'd addrs into the users address book? (They recall that as being right clickable, but 3.5 got blown away so I can't test myself.)

And one last, is there any user guide type of documentation for 4.5 that outlines this and other little tips for the UI? I did look at the NE admin guide, as close as I could find was the "address book, features" section.

I cannot mouse over any of the email senders in the actual email. In previous version 3.5. I used to be able to do it but not on v4.5.

In the message, I can't mouse over any of the recipients or senders like in the previous version 3.1. The email address don't show only display name.

All zimlets that came with the install are enabled.

I tried what Conrad posted above but no success.
