for EE customers, what about having a special account in bugzilla so our votes will have perhaps more weight, and it will avoid us to create a ticket support, just for support to add this ticket to an existing bug.

It would actually be nice if it were possible to link a bugzilla account to an NE customer. If our paid support incidents are debited anytime we open a support case about a missing feature or existing bug, it will very rapidly escalate the cost of the product.
Would it be possible to form some such link ? So that NE customers could vote directly on the bugs and their bug comments would be identified as such ? Without actually "paying" for the support case ?

And i think it's not a great activity for support guys to create a ticket just to add it's reference in bugzilla !!!

So let's make a RFE for bugzilla in bugzilla

You can add your comments and votes to a bugzilla entry at any time, you can also identify yourself as an NE customer. If you're bothered about confidential information or privacy just mark your comments confidential or viewable by the reporter and zimbra staff.
