Default Remove catchall is not working

I added a catchall address, but now I want to remove it.

I ran the following and restarted zimbra, but the catchall is still active.

./zmprov md rhoderunner.com zimbraMailCatchAllAddress ''

Any other suggestions?
Thanks!

Have you looked to see if the catch all address has been removed from your domain? Are you sure there isn't one on a specific account?

Default checked

Is there a way that I can view the catchall accounts for zimbra, either all, or by domain?

Default I also observe this behavior

I feel your pain, I am also trying to remove a catchall set on a domain and with not luck. I even deleted the entire domain from the server and re-added only to have the catchall still delivering to the previous account (in another domain).

I have the open source version for what it is worth...

Actually, looking at the original post the command is incorrect (my apologies for not spotting it). The command needs a double quotes at the end i.e.
Code:
zmprov md domain.com zimbraMailCatchAllAddress ""
to empty the attribute.

It acts like it accepts it (either way) from the command line, but it has no effect on the outcome.

I have tried moving the alias to another account (so I could set auto delete)
I have tried removing the domain and re-adding
Nothing gets rid of the catchall account.
I've even tried creating a different catch-all for the domain and placing that alias and or account to another email account but zimbra doesn't listen...

Default Solution

I got it to work!

I had been assigning catchalls in the following manner:
zmprov ma spam@domain1.com +zimbraMailCatchAllAddress @domain1.com

I went back and issued this command:
zmprov ma spam@domain1.com zimbraMailCatchAllAddress @domain1.com

and then it removed the catchall from the domain i wanted it removed from (as well as all others)

then I added the ones I wanted as such:
zmprov ma spam@domain1.com zimbraMailCatchallAddress @domain1.com zimbraMailCatchallAddress @domain2.com zimbraMailCatchallAddress @domain3.com

Thanks to the help of this thread:

thanks all that helped!

Default Another way to remove catchall

None of this was working for me so I tried:

zmprov ma CatchAllAccount@Domain.com ZimbraMailCatchallAddress ""

rather than modify the domain, i modified the account that had been designated as the catchall...

good luck!
