Default Login Timeout?

I got this from a user over the weekend:

"I just finished a rather long email and when i hit send the log in screen came up and I lost the entire message - this happens all the time. Is there a way to prevent this?"

Is there some sort of account timeout set in Zimbra somewhere? I checked through all the admin preferences, the only thing that looks relevant is "Auth Token Timeout" which is set to 2 days. Any idea that's going on here?

Running Zimbra 4.5.0 NE on RHEL4......

Yes, the session will time out after 2 days. If the user hit send after that time-out then it will probably lose the email. I think the user may be exagerating the 'happens all the time' statement, by definition it will only happen if the session times out and then he hits send - obviously he can't send an email if he's logged out.
