POP3 check on Exchange server issue

Hello,

Forwarding the error from the pop server when you attempt to open the pop box.

This only happens for some, others such as myself do not have any issue.

Please post the error and stack trace from mailbox.log, so we know exactly what's going wrong.

Either Exchange is returning two messages with the same UID or there's a bug in the ID reconciliation logic. We need to figure out which it is. Please run the following query in MySQL and send me the results. First:

$ mysql -e "SELECT id, group_id FROM zimbra.mailbox WHERE account_id = '<user account id>'"

to get the id and group_id of the user. Then

$ mysql -e "SELECT * FROM mboxgroup<group_id>.pop3_message WHERE mailbox_id = <mailbox_id> AND data_source_id = '5b3d4bbd-3c6b-4bcf-9313-7d30b16' AND uid = 'AAQip2cAAAw1Ye/9FaWb8yE87lg2GRCJ'"

and just for grins:

$ mysql -e "SELECT COUNT(*) FROM mboxgroup1.pop3_message WHERE mailbox_id = 1 AND data_source_id = '5b3d4bbd-3c6b-4bcf-9313-7d30b16'"

Hopefully this will help us get to the bottom of what's going wrong.

So sorry, I have been swamped in the past week with various projects I needed to finish and did not have time to respond in a timely manner.

Shoot me now. This a capitalization issue ("AAQip2cAAAw1Ye/9FaWb8yE87lg2GRCJ" vs. "AAQIp2cAAAw1Ye/9FaWb8yE87lg2GRCJ"). Java is case-sensitive and MySQL isn't. Thanks for reporting the bug and helping me research this. I filed a bug for this issue:
