I am a client of Cablenet in Cyprus. I have always used the webmail which is supported by Zimbra. I have never downloaded or connected it to anything else, and therefore any issues are directly attributed to you.
I logged in today in order to see a reply to an e-mail I sent yty. I see that you have changed the webmail and in the process e-mail has disappeared. I can neither see the e-mail I sent yty, nor the initial reply that should have been in my Inbox. Furthermore, it appears that other e-mail is gone since I see none on 9th, 10th, 11th.
Please fix this ASAP!
