About Out of office setting
I just using Zimbra for one month and I have a question on the out of office setting.
In my company, managers can also recieve all the email which send to their team members.
For example, in christmas we have send a gerneral holiday autoreply for all the staff in my company.
My email setting is:
aliases: email@example.com -> company_abc
distribution: company_abc -> firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org
The problem is when client send an email to email@example.com , the client will receive three autoreply (staff1, manager1 and staff2)
I just want the client receive only the autoreply from staff1, please advise.
