    Default invisible mail stuck in junk folder

    Hi,

    The folder list on the left of the ajax web interface shows 1 mail in Junk, but there's nothing there. "Empty junk" doesn't clear it either.

    This mailbox is access from the web client, and via IMAP from an iPhone, and I can't see it on the phone either.

    Any ideas gratefully received!

    You should always provide the version of ZCS that's installed by posting the output of the following command (and updating your forum profile with that information):

    Thanks Bill - I'll set it up to expunge after 5 days or so and see if the stuck email goes away.

    Sorry for not putting the full version output in the post - I thought that as I'd added it when I signed up, that was enough.

    Hi again,

    I've setup a deletion policy, but it seems I can only apply it to folders other than Junk in the user account - the "Edit Properties" is greyed out for that folder.

    $ zmcontrol -v
    Release 8.0.5.GA.5839.UBUNTU12.64 UBUNTU12_64 FOSS edition.
