| | What evidence do you have that they're not being processed? How are you getting them from an external pop3 account? Which release of Zimbra?

If i use fetchmail it works  , if i use POP Accounts inside Zimbra doesn't work.

Also, did you manually enabled DSPAM??? If you did, you should know that there is a *known* problem with DSPAM and delivering messages.
If you don't get that many messages, then it likely won't be an issue.

Right now, when you use POP to fetch another account's contents, the only option is to insert them into a specified folder.
