    Default emails not forwarding

    3 email account preferences configured to forward to external email addresses, only one forwards.

    How to fix?

    Which product? Which version? Which Release? What's in the log files? Do you see any error messages?

    Zimbra 7.2.0_GA_2669 (build 20120410001942)


    Not sure where to find log files. I'm the user/administrator. No standard email errors on either end. Messages rec'd by Z accounts show up in inboxes just fine. Forwarded messages do not appear in sent box, whether successfully forwarded or not.

    Got to tell ya, I'm blown away by all this help. Thanks. So glad I recommended my clients spend their money with your company.

    It's a shame you feel the need to make sarcastic comments but I think you're labouring under a misunderstanding of what these forum are. They are Community Support forums not official Zimbra Support and everyone that posts here does so voluntarily and in their spare time.

    I don't really understand whether this is the same problem as you've mentioned in the first post. You said they do not arrive in the recipients mailbox now you're saying they're not in the Sent folder - which is it? A forwarded email does not appear in the senders Sent folder, you can also look in the log files (you'll find their locations by looking in the wiki or searching the forums). You also haven't mentioned where the forwarded email goes to, have you checked the spam folders for the recipients?
