Default Zimbra Documents - Inserting Images

When I insert an image into a Documents page, I only see a placeholder, not the actual image (see attached image).

What might be causing this? Is this bug #8508 listed in Bugzilla?

Yeah,
You appear to be running 4.0.x

Upgrade to 4.5 and give it a shot again.

It works with IE7, but FF2 still has the same issue.

It works for me in FF1.5 & FF2 with Zimbra 4.5 - I've inserted .gif & .png without problems. Here's one I did earlier:

That's good to know. It might by a theme or add-on I'm running. I'll try a vanilla install of FF and see what happens.

Thanks.

Pop-up or script blockers are the usual culprit.

Images in documents are always broken with a virtual domain for me. If I access the server at mydomain.com they work fine, if I use yourdomain.mydomain.com they are broken.

This is really important for us as we need to share and review graphics. Any way around this or am I missing a setting on the server someplace.

Just a bump for this. 4.5.4 and I still can not get images to work. Behavior is different every time.

Different virtual domains behave differently. On one virtual domain I get asked for a username and password, then the image is inserted. On another I get asked for nothing and the image is broken.

What do I need to check here?
