Is there any way to move all appointments from one calendar to another

Hi,

I have multiple calendars in my zimbra account (got them from my mac using the isync conduit).

If i in zimbra would like to move all my appointments from one existing calendar to a new one in zimbra is there any way to do that ?

(maybe a CLI utility can handle this) ??

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.

If you are the creator of the event, then you can move it between calendars. If not, then you will get an error.

This is a bug, that is currently being worked on.

I want to move all appointments from a couple of calendars into a single one. So we're talking about a couple of thousand appointments.

I want to consolidate a lot of separate calendars into a single one (for me to sync using Zimbra Mobile - Activesync with my Treo 650).

So it's not just a single appointment but everything from a calendar.

Is there a way to do that ? Possible a CLI method ?

Not sure if there is a function for this, but as a workaround, can you try using a third party calendar app like google calendar or outlook or whatever, and syncy each one of your current calendars into it, thus combining them, and then pull them back into your primary zimbra calendar?

I'm not actually sure if it'll work, so it's more of a shot in the dark.

Could you go into the web interface > Preferences > Calendar. Scroll down, export all your calendars as .ICS files, then reimport them all into one single calendar?
