Hello

I am running ZCS 8.2 and would like to find some pre-made material or webex's that give a new user (and some old stubborn ones ) a walk though of best practice uses. We ask our users to use the webmail so something that goes over how to do basic and advanced functions in the email client. I have been looking over the site for days, (wiki, forums ect..) and have not found anything.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You don't need to quote your original post, I did read it but the problem with a statement like 'I read everything on the forum, wiki etc.' is that it doesn't tell us exactly what you have and haven't seen nor what is lacking in the stuff you have read. What's wrong with getting your users to read the documentation or even reading it yourself and producing your own how-to or best practices for your environment?
