This is not a specific problem with Zimbra, to diagnose the problem we would need information from the log files and details of the Zimbra Server configuration, we don't have that. Your problem could be caused by any number of reasons, one of which is that your IP address may be on a blacklist (check that) or for some reason the receiving server thinks you're trying to relay through them - take your pick of the many explanations on the internet for this problem. It's not that we don't want to help you it's because we don't have access to any information that would point to what is causing your problem.
As I've already mentioned, I use Zimbra Desktop with my free.fr account and I have no problem sending mail anywhere. Why don't you try ZD and send an email to the 'problem' account and see what happens?
