Outlook connector

Is there any reason that outlook connector truncates emails? For example:

Email with two attachements: 100kb and 6MB, outlook shows message that is 35KB size and with no attachements.

What can I do about it?

Well, it shouldn't do that -- I've had the Outlook Connector deliver emails with multiple attachments of size over 5M each.
If you have the original email msg, you should put in a support case along with the email.

it happens mostly when connecting from remote network, maybe when timeout occurs, andonly the part is downloaded.

Which version of the connector?

this user still uses 4.0.2

I'd get them to upgrade to the latest connector. You may want them to use the 4.0.4 connector or wait for the 4.0.5 release. Is there nothing in bugzilla about this, it seems familiar to me.
