We don't have direct CRM integration today. The first two we'll look at are SugarCRM and Salesforce.
A vote for SugarCRM please.
If you intergrade http://www.sync4j.org/ you get SugarCRM Integration for free :-)
From the zimbra-demo it is not possible to access the free/busy info on sugarcrm with the following url.

I am wrong with that it should possible?
Is this a network-connection problem or is it a functional problem?
You are changing the world ... :-)
You are top professionals!
We've never tested that, so it's not something we support.
Sorry to dig up an old thread, but its kinda relevant.
I'm in the process of fiddling with Microsoft CRM 3 and Exchange. Would the "Coming soon: Support for Outlook/MAPI connector with full support for email, group calendaring and contacts" mean that Zimbra 'could' be made to interoperate with the two?
I am sure I saw a salesforce.com zimlet in the last beta before production. Then it vanished (just after telling a salesforce user that it existed).
Why has it gone, is it a politcal or technical reason.
If I install the old beta can I save the zimlet and bring it into the new version.
Or is it simply that it is available now
