Seeing other domain users in Address Book

I'm running Zimbra 4.0.4 OS edition for our 15 person office. Obviously each user has an account in Zimbra and is in the GAL. Oddly enough, when you click on the Address Book in the web client, none of those users appear. Sure, it will auto-complete their email address from the GAL when I type them an email, but that user's extended information is nowhere that I can find. Wouldn't it be a reasonable assumption that I might want to include the GAL view in my personal Address Book?
