    Exclamation Multiple Sign in requests

I sign into the Zimbra mail using the following url Home - Welcome to CenturyLink and am redirected to a collaboration suite sign in. I can be reading my email and it will come up and ask me to sign in again- when I attempt it I get redirected to the mycenturylink.com sign in. Can anyone explain why? CenturyLink does not seem to know as they do not support the collaboration suite and are apparently using an older version of Zimbra.

Not really, I guess it would depend on how their front-end (I guess) has been designed to work with their Zimbra installation.

Then who does provide support for it and why are they using a mail server for which they provide no support?
