Hi,
I am attempting to setup a shared resource for my whole office. It will be a calendar. The problem we are facing is the point of this share is to book time in the boardroom. When someone books in a time and invites an attendee the notification for that attendee goes back to the resource mailbox not the creator of the appointment.
Is their a way to create have the resource email the creator of the appointment without having to add themselves as an attendee?

The attendee answer is sent to the owner of the invitation. If you put the booking directly in resource calendar (if you have "manager" role on its calendar), the resource will receive the answer.
If you invite simultaneously resource and people and want to receive people answer but don't want your own main calendar to be filled with these invitations, just save it into a new calendar which you exclude of your free/busy computation.
If you are the only people to book this resource, you can forward mail received by the resource to you.
