    Default Window greyed out when opening message in new window

    Hi,

    I have one user at our company, who uses the Firefox and Desktop Zimbra clients. Occasionally, when trying to open a message in a new window or composing a new message, the window is launched, however all that he is able to see is a gray box (see attached screenshot). This occurs both when he uses Firefox and Zimbra Desktop.

    Has anyone seen this problem before?

    The users OS is Mac OS X and our Zimbra version is 7.1.3
