I have no message in Draft but it has size

Hi;
My users reported me a problem. when we saved a message in drafts to send later, after sending , actually there is no message in drafts but when I click on drafts icon it shows a size (for me 28M) . I use zimbra open source.
I searched but there was no answer
Is there any solution?

Could you please post here the output of the following command:

zmmailbox -z -m user@domain.it gf /Drafts

where 'user@domain.it' is the account experiencing the problem.
