Default Unable to Open Calendar

I use a hosted services from WOWWAY, my cable providder that provides Zimbra Webmail and Calendar. Recently I cannot open my calendar and there does not appear to be a solution.

Attached are two error messages that I have encountered. I have cleared my temp internet files and cookies without success. I am running IE 7+, WinXP laptop (WinXP, SP3) with 3gb of RAM.

I have found little research on this issue so any assistance would be greatly appreciated. My service provider did not provide any assistance on the matter.

Regards,
ctt

I'm afraid that you need to raise the problem directly with your service provider, there's nothing we can do to help with this problem.

Where does the 'send error' report go to? Also here is what they gave me to do

If you are using Internet Explorer:
- Click Tools near the top of the Internet Explorer window, on the right side.
- Click Internet Options.
- In the Browsing History section, click Delete.
- Make sure “Cookies” is checked, and click Delete.

It gets sent to Zimbra.

These are Community supported forums, they are not official ZImbra support. We do not have any access to the servers of your ISP nor do we have any contact with them and all follow-up on your problem must be done via their technical support. If this was something we could help you fix we would do that but unfortunately there's nothing we can do.

I did change from the Ajax to the HTML version and was able to see the calendar. Are there any suggestions with what needs to be updated with the Ajax version?
