If you are asking a way to have the server permit the receipt you will need to allow it as the administrator of the server. If you are not the admin of the server then it will be at their admin's discretion to allow receipts to be generated.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I do not need a "read receipt" but a "Server Delivery Receipt"; it's quite different; i need to notify the user when the mail is delivered to the mail server not when the mail has been read.
