Calendar Tags?

I have installed Zibra with FC3. I have been impressed with the general feel of the program. I, like others, would greatly appreciate being able to share calendars/addressbooks.

When making a calendar appointment, would it be possible to use the "tags" for an appointment? (I tried to "drag" a tag to an appointment, no luck) This way, I could search the calendar for certain types of appointments. At our small office (60 employees), I take care of all the computers and I do the payroll. It would be nice to be able to scan for or show ONLY payroll related items, or show ONLY meetings, etc.

The calendar can be printed as a list of appointments. It would be VERY nice to be able to print the calendar as a calendar.

We can't tag cal events today but you can split them into two different calendars in the next release.

We are also working on some new print views, so thanks for the feedback.

Server support is there, we just need to add it to the UI. If you want to split by event type you can create multiple calendars for now.

Has there been any progress on this? I am a VERY new user, and would like to be able to TAG or Color code the different events on my companies shared calender. Is this possible?

You can tag your own calender events. Tagging shared items (including events as well as contacts, files etc...) is planned in the next release... theoretically.

Like other big software developers, Zimbra imho is often poor at communicating or responding to, or openly targetting even significantly popular feature requests. :(
