Default Valid email flagged as Junk...repeatedly

Has anyone experienced valid email addresses being flagged as Junk. I have labeled it "not Junk" in Outlook 2007... everything works for some time and then "boom" back to the "Junk folder" I am supporting 40 users and this has happened a few times a week for a handfull of users, since the Zimbra Network Edition install a month ago.

Please right-click and go "show original", then post the full headers of the mail which got mis-classified. (It's okay to suppress the email addresses and other private info. We just need the headers pertaining to spam classification.)

Also, disable the integrated antispam tool in Outlook.

Thanks for the response. I will try the Anti-spam tool first and see if that helps.
