The title of your post "Help" is not really very useful in a forum, some better description would have been more useful - people can then decide whether they are able to answer your question.
Are you saying that you're using a ZImbra server through Intuit? If that's the case then you need to contact Intuit about your problem. Unfortunately we have no access to their servers nor is there any method by which we can help you solve your problem. This message is, however, usually caused by an attempt to block spam, check some of these threads:
